Hello world , firstly I wanna thank all of you reading this we’ve reached 1000 now we off to the next 1000. The more you support the more it motivates me to write with substance.

The good part of education

In South Africa I am an asset because I am a nationally qualified business manager. This is good and bad , yes good because I have some kind of education (just a side note I dropped out after passing grade 10 because I disagreed with the curriculum , then I went to business school).

The not so good part

My qualification is everything I ever wanted but limits my jurisdiction to South Africa , now do you see why I still maintain my disagreement with the system and it’s dogmatic approach. This means that kids are being taught how to answer and not how to THINK because in the classroom you may answer correctly but if it’s not the correct answer in the book yet you perceive it as correct then you will be considered incorrect . What if this perception was the students way of understanding differently.

We hear that there are no jobs , job shortages and so on , it almost sounds like a hashtag. I’ll be honest according to what I’m seeing there is less interest or motivation or passion in acquiring the skills to enable the “job” . You see it too , if you in South Africa, when a typical youth finally lands a “job” it’s minimum wage or excellent wage , to me it’s simply Just Over Budget (JOB) . I’ve been in a similar position because I believe strongly that you must understand what it’s like to be an employee before you get to Director or CEO status , I mean how else will you connect with your staff? So a youth , some reading will be going through this at an even older age , you get paid , pay bills and take care of your financial obligations then you low on funds and need to get back to your “Job” . (This is the slaves mentality)

The Unstoppable Solution

Now I’ve mentioned that we value women empowerment and youth development this is the core of our future ! I’m adding another value . To understand Inexora you must understand the mindset first . I’ve been trained to create jobs any business management student is trained to NOT GO OUT AND LOOK FOR A JOB rather to CREATE THEM so with this embedded into my brain I never felt like employment is needed but opportunities were to be explored and developed. (The master me mentality)

The wrap up

The third value is the most important , to take the first step towards being an Apex Entrepreneur. This value is in a form of a task that we can only accomplish by working together. What is it you ask …. We will use Inexora Academy to teach real skills in a non employer employee setting , lets make Tax-Avoidance a stand alone subject my experience as a financial adviser for Liberty Life has shown me that more then 50% of the average persons financial losses are hidden in taxes simply because this stuff is not taught ON PURPOSE! To make it easy for you to remember “Breaking free from the slave mentality” .

If you know me personally you’ll know that I have zero respect for the title be it Director , CEO , Regional manager hack even president . Titles MUST NEVER MAKE YOU , YOU MUST ALWAYS DICTATE TO THE TITLE. We are all equal human beings at the end of all the expensive titles in a nutshell I’m saying there’s no value in the title if the title makes the person lose his/her values .

We are the future and now we are going to address the issue of low quality or no education at all ! For this Inexora Academy invites all teachers , lecturers overall educators to join us , our country is being run into the ground because of stupidity , for example electing a president who nonchalantly avoided finishing school this makes zero sense to me, makes me wonder if it’s the elected or elector to be responsible for the result . My reason for inviting you is because you know exactly what’s wrong with the curriculum so you the best candidates to help us remedy this.

The government represents the system , they basically are the system, so we not looking for any governmental involvement , the next time when you say “this is my country” ask what are you doing for it to be or remain yours. We must do this privately to maintain control and teach subjects that are worth more then the current. The education department probably won’t like me for this but they will only hurt this programme.
